Process to Change Your Password in ProjexERP

step:1 Login to Your Account

• First, log in to Projex ERP using your current User ID and Password.

Step:2 Access Change Password Option

• After login, go to the User Icon (top right corner of your screen).
• Click on it and select “Change Password” from the dropdown menu.

Step:3 Enter New Password

• You will be directed to the Change Password page.
• Here you need to fill in:
  1. 1. New Password → Enter your new password.
  2. 2. Re-enter New Password → Type the new password again to confirm.

Step:4 Save/Update

Important Notes

• Make sure your new password is strong and secure:
  • Use a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
  • Avoid using common passwords like 123456 or password.
• Remember your new password, as it will be required for your next login.
